Mr. Yurchis has been involved in the mechanical design and construction industry for over 20 years. As a Senior Mechanical Designer, Mr. Yurchis’ responsibilities include calculating cooling loads, running energy calculations, computer-aided selection of equipment, HVAC and plumbing design. He is the point of contact for several construction administration projects, in which his responsibilities include client relations, shop drawing review, field observations, cost estimating and budgeting.

Project Responsibility

Mr. Yurchis is a senior HVAC designer and project manager/point of contact for several engineering projects. His mechanical design background and construction administration, he manages and coordinates all phases of a project with all engineering disciplines focusing on the project design goals, budget and schedule.
