Griner Engineering provided the engineering design of a hotel and compound. The U.S. Government requires a commissioning officer to facilitate the orderly transfer of the buildings, components and systems Therefore, Mr. Griner was the commissioning officer for this project. His work included the commissioning of the Fire Alarm, Electrical, and Fire Sprinkler Systems as well as the Domestic Water and Waste Water Treatment Plant. The scope of services included the observation of each system in operation, testing and personnel training.
