Griner Engineering provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design for the Redington Shores Yacht & Tennis Club. Redington Shores is a new gated community with four seven story condominiums and clubhouse. Each condominium was envisioned to have the ground floor as parking and the remaining floors will have six condominiums per floor with the exception of Building 4 which has four units per floor.
