This project included the design and construction administration of a 1,050-ton central plant for the Pinellas County Judicial complex and enclosure of a large deck space located in St. Petersburg, FL. The central energy plant design included two variable speed centrifugal chillers, towers, boilers, air handlers, and primary/secondary pumping system. The plant provides chilled water for the campus and includes provisions for expansion. In 2005, Pinellas County contracted Griner Engineering to design fire sprinkler layout for the new enclosure and parking areas.
