New construction of two free standing single story buildings. The first building is approximately 16,000 to 17,000 square foot facility to house Public Works and Operations. The other building is approximately 6,000 square foot and houses the Public Works Administration and Emergency Operations Center. The building of Emergency Operations Center is LEED® certified Platinum.
