Griner Engineering provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering design services for the Bella Marguerite of St. Pete Beach. The project consisted of a new five story condominium. Our scope of design services included the complete design of the heating and air conditioning and plumbing systems; as well as the electrical design of an emergency generator.
