Bayfront Tower

In 2009, Griner Engineering was contracted by the Bayfront Tower Condominium Board as their engineering consultant for miscellaneous projects and most recently was voted by the Board as the Building Engineer. Over the past three years, we have assisted the Board with upgrading their life safety, plumbing and mechanical systems. In 2011, we provided the master plan for the entire building for future upgrades and additions.
