In 2004, Griner Engineering was contracted by NORESCO to provide construction administration services for the installation of the electrical generator and wind turbine equipment. We provided an on-site CQC Manager for the installation of equipment for the electrical interconnection of both projects. Our services included overseeing and administering the quality control (QC), quality assurance (QA) and site safety (SS) programs in conjunction with the requirements of the Resident Officer-in-Charge of construction.
